PACIFIC NORTHWEST SUMMIT AWARDS

Eligibility:  Current Member of the Washington Festivals & Events Association.  All materials must have been produced/designed and used for the first time during the 2011 calendar year.  You do not have to be present to win.

Procedure:  Multiple entries may be submitted; please copy the form and make a separate entry for each submission. Please only submit one sample per category. Entry is based upon your organization’s budget:  under $75,000 and greater than $75,000 (US Funds).

Entry Fee:  The entry fee is $10 for each entry.  One payment for all categories must be received with your submissions to be eligible for judging.

Awards:  There is a gold award and silver and bronze certificates for each category.  The Awards committee may re-categorize entries and budget categories according to the number of entries. Judging will be completed by professionals in the specific categories. Winners will be announced at the Northwest Festivals & Events Convention Expo, March 25-27 in B laine , WA .
