Booth with Full Registration The conference offers this option for exhibitors that in addition to the tradeshow, want to attend meetings, educational seminars and social activities of the conference. This is a great opportunity to network and make additional customer contacts. Exhibitors with additional delegates or guests must register them as such, to allow them to attend conference meals, seminars or social activities.
Booth Only Registration This option is for exhibitors that just want to exhibit during the tradeshow. Other than the tradeshow & lunch, it does not register or admit you to conference meals, seminars or social activities. Additional delegates may not be added to this option.

Expo Format The expo will consist of a luncheon and the expo.
Expo 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Exhibit booths will be open.
Expo Luncheon 1:00 - 1:40 pm
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to host a table, during the luncheon, giving you a chance to talk business, with conference attendees.
Expo 1:40 - 2:20 pm
Exhibit booths will be open.

Space Assignment
Spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis, with preference being given to conference sponsors and return exhibitors. Show management reserves the right to assign, re-assign, or re-locate exhibitors, if it deems necessary.
Exhibit Spaces
Exhibit spaces consist of an 8'x30" skirted table, an 8' high drapery backwall, and a 7”x44” exhibitor identification sign. *500 watt 120 volt duplex outlets will be provided, only if ordered and paid for, along with your booth registration.

Exhibit Hall
The expo will be held in the Semiahmoo Ballroom, of the Semiahmoo Resort.
Loading Access & Parking
The exhibit hall is on the 1st floor, with front door access. Free parking is available in the parking lot of the Semiahmoo Resort.
