The definition of who your audience is has changed and you may not be aware. Your value proposition to your community has changed but you may not understand what that means. Setting annual goals and following through is no longer enough; the environment you operate in changes too quickly now.
Recent times have seen a sea change of reality for all businesses. The paths many of us have followed successfully for years or decades are no longer effective. Identifying the correct new course in our current economic and technology environment can be challenging. Changing the course and habits of an organization can be a daunting process.
Join One Reel Executive Director Jon Stone, and Seafair President/CEO Beth Knox for a series of intensive workshop sessions designed to teach you the fundamental steps toward guiding your organization from a reactive posture to a proactive position. Learn how to identify your true value proposition in the marketplace and understand the internal and external factors that affect your success. Discover how to build a non-punitive learning culture for your organization, enabling you to adapt and react to ever-changing market conditions effectively in a timely fashion.
